The New England Tournament Specialists management team has been running youth basketball for more than 30 years. We pride ourselves in running professional, high quality events that provide enjoyable sports experiences.

Leo Maloney
Leo Maloney is entering his 30th year as a Tournament Director. For the past 16 yrs. he has been Tournament Director for the Lady Gators and Northeast Hoops Tournaments, hosting 6 of the top and most successful girl’s and boy’s youth basketball tournaments in the Northeast. During this time over 600 teams participate on a yearly basis from the U.S. and Canada.
In 2007 Leo was appointed Tournament Director for the “Massachusetts Senior Games” in the sport of candle pin bowling. He has also hosted several men’s softball tournaments, since the mid 70′s.
Jarrod Gingras
Jarrod Gingras has been involved with the organization and execution of youth basketball tournaments for more than 10 years. A former basketball coach, Jarrod has directed tournament sites for numerous Lady Gators and Northeast Hoops Tournaments.
