"This letter is in reference to Leo Maloney and the Lady Gators’ use of our Facility in Foxboro. I am the General Manager that over sees all contacts and use of Mass Premier courts. I have entered into contract with Leo and the Lady Gators organization for the past 4 years. Leo is respectful, honest, and upfront with all aspects of the rental agreement. He pays prior to the use of the facility and leaves the facility in the same if not better condition when he leaves the facility. If there is changes that should be made Leo is very accommodating in making it work for all parties, He also will always call and ask for permission on items that may not be covered or need to be addressed without just assuming it’s OK."
